HIALEAH, FL - On Monday evening, the City of Hialeah hosted a well-attended outreach event at the Milander Center, providing important resources for condominium and HOA residents.
In partnership with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the event featured one-on-one sessions with representatives from the Condominium Ombudsman’s Office.
Residents received direct guidance on:
- Association governance and elections
- Records access and transparency
- Dispute resolution
- Resident rights
“This initiative is about making sure residents have access to the resources they need and know that their city government is listening,” said Mayor Bryan Calvo. “We are grateful to DBPR for partnering with us to provide meaningful support to our community.”
The strong turnout reflects the need for clear, accessible information related to condominium and HOA living. The City plans to continue hosting similar outreach events in the coming months.
